OrthoFairfax is recruiting a full-time Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to support rehabilitation and functional recovery for patients receiving orthopedic and sports medicine care. Candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and have, or be eligible to obtain, Virginia physical therapy licensure.

This position is based at OrthoFairfax in Fairfax, Virginia. We are looking for a team member who supports compassionate, professional orthopedic and sports medicine care.
Qualifications and must-haves
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Active Virginia physical therapy license or eligibility to obtain one before starting.
- Interest in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, functional recovery, and helping patients return to daily activities.
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient-education skills.
- Collaborative, dependable, patient-centered approach.
- Availability for a full-time, in-person role in Fairfax, Virginia.
Preferred: Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, or exercise-based rehabilitation.
