PM&R Physician — Sports Medicine Fellowship

OrthoFairfax is recruiting a full-time Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician with sports medicine fellowship training to provide musculoskeletal and sports medicine care in an orthopedic practice. Candidates must have completed PM&R residency and sports medicine fellowship training and be licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Virginia.

This position is based at OrthoFairfax in Fairfax, Virginia. We are looking for a team member who supports compassionate, professional orthopedic and sports medicine care.
Qualifications and must-haves
- MD or DO degree and completion of an accredited Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency.
- Completed fellowship training in Sports Medicine.
- Active Virginia medical license or eligibility to obtain one before starting.
- Strong clinical judgment and interest in musculoskeletal and sports medicine care.
- Clear communication, collaborative approach, and commitment to patient-centered care.
- Availability for a full-time, in-person clinical role in Fairfax, Virginia.
Preferred: PM&R board certification or eligibility and experience evaluating and managing common musculoskeletal conditions.
